From electronics newbies, I mean those people who have just started playing around with basic electronics or having the intention for some electronics troubleshooting and maybe they are not very frequent users of a multimeter.
As far as my thinking goes, they don’t need any high budget multimeter as their entire activities are measuring resistances, small DC voltages/currents, and may be limited main AC voltages.

By input impedance, I actually mean the input total resistance the multimeter provides to the measuring component or circuit. The higher the input impedance the better is the multimeter.
These are very important and almost no one pay attention to it. When buying a multimeter people look for what can it measure but they miss the important thing from what range to what range it can exactly measure that parameter very accurately.
3. Quality probes
Never compensates for probes, because sometime you may end in harming yourself if you are using low-quality probes.
